Some of our friends and experiences of the last week!
Baking mulberry pie with Gertrude! Elsie Jayne was a BIG HELP!
These girls came on Sunday for Bible study and popcorn balls! Please pray for Jessica, Florence and Sharon...the girl on the right who was healed a couple of weeks ago and is really open and seeking Jesus! You can see it, or rather HIM in her face now, can't you!?

Our friend Joyce came by this week to greet us! This picture is really for Erica Rinehimer to see that her dear friend Joyce is doing well! She is a lovely lady who we enjoy so much and who really loves our girls!

Last Sunday we found ourselves in a Dinka worship service, where Billy was preaching. His greetings were even in Dinka! Jesus really helped him. The girls and I were struggling a bit through the two and a half hour service. We found ourselves outside the church playing in the dirt...drawing little tracks and then running our paper cars through them! FUN TIMES! Then we realized there were a lot of kids coming and going from a little bamboo room out behind the church. We went over and found...SUNDAY SCHOOL! It was totally in Dinka, but we enjoyed the singing and had a happy time. At the end I was asked to share my testimony and we told them a bible story too. What a fun love gift from Jesus to get to share His love when we thought the day would just be a playing in the dirt disaster!

It seems like there are lots of babies around!!! Our dear friends Sonya and Denis have had their second girl while we were away! Baby Divine came to see us last Sunday and she was so precious!
Big sister Sharon is still really fun and although I don't think she and Elsie Jayne remembered one another, they made fast friends once again!
Going to visit Jane and baby David again this week, we met lots of neighborhood children. Elsie Jayne loves i

t when everyone wants to shake her little white hands! Not sure as a mother whether that is good or bad at this point but she also creates so many opportunities to share Jesus' love! Jane very generously shared with us a bag of the beans we helped to pick from the garden...a gracious and generous sacrifice!

loved this sneak peek into your sweet family life and ministry! you give us hope!
Wow! Wonderful photos and comments on each. What a wonderful ministry you and your family have. Living in Ooltewah, Tennessee, gives me no idea of the world you live in until I see and read your posts. Thank you for all that you do to bring souls to Christ. This is the best glimpse into your lives and missionary life that I have seen. Better than a newsletter. It seems that we are there with you in more than just spirit.
